Sourcing service
We’ll find your co-manufacturer
The directory tells you who exists. This tells you who will take the job. Send us the brief and we do the searching, the qualifying and the awkward first phone call — and hand you a shortlist that has already said yes in principle.
01
You send the brief
Ten minutes, most of it clicks. What you want made, how much of it, what the site has to be certified for and when you need it.
02
We come back with a fee
Within two working days: what the search involves, what it costs, and an honest word if your volumes or timeline make it unlikely.
03
We run the search
Across all 5,462 entries and beyond them — trade bodies, our own contacts, and the companies that never list themselves anywhere.
04
You get a shortlist that answers
Named companies with the capability confirmed, the right person identified, and their appetite for a run your size already established. Not a list of links.
Questions
- What does the service cost?
- It is a paid service, quoted per brief — the work in finding a spray-drying partner for a 40-tonne run is not the work in finding a capsule filler for a launch batch, so a single price would be wrong for both. Send the brief and we come back within two working days with a fixed fee. There is no charge for asking, and none for being told we cannot help.
- Why not just search the directory myself?
- You can, and it is free — all 5,462 entries, no account needed. The service is for when that is not enough: when the capability you need is not how manufacturers describe themselves, when you need to know who will actually take a run your size, or when you have a shortlist and no time to qualify it.
- Do manufacturers pay to be recommended?
- No. Nobody buys their way into a shortlist. You are the client, the directory stays free and neutral, and a recommendation you could not trust would be worth nothing to either of us.
- What happens to my brief?
- It reaches us and nobody else. We do not circulate it to manufacturers, publish it, or add you to a mailing list. If we go on to approach companies on your behalf, we agree first what may be said and to whom.
- What if my volumes are small?
- Say so on the form. Minimum order quantities are the commonest reason a search stalls, and it is far better to know on day one that a run is below what a category will quote. We will tell you straight, and where a co-packer or pilot-scale producer is the realistic route, we will say that instead.
