With 130 employees, Bimmerle produces a diverse portfolio of spirit brands including LÖRCH fruit brandies and fruit liqueurs, NEEDLE BLACK FOREST Gin made with hand-picked spruce needles, WOOD STORK Spiced Rum, EVERMANN Whisky, and the Italian-inspired Don Pasquale line, among others.
