Bruichladdich

Rémy Cointreau Islay distillery.

Bruichladdich Distillery, located on Islay in Scotland's Hebrides, was resurrected in 2001 and operates a Victorian distillery facility producing three distinct lines of single malt Scotch whisky: the flagship unpeated Bruichladdich range, the heavily peated Port Charlotte range, and the super-heavily peated Octomore range. The distillery emphasises provenance and connection to raw ingredients, including a direct relationship with local farming communities on the Rhinns of Islay. The company was the first Scotch whisky producer to achieve B Corp certification in 2020, committing to measurable standards of social and environmental performance, and publicly reports its annual impact.
