The company operates a factory located at Mata das Caldas in Penacova, with additional offices in Algés near Lisbon. The facility operates under ISO 22000 food safety management certification. Water composition is defined by a specific chemical profile including low mineralisation (33±2 mg/L total), pH of 5.3±0.4, and specific ionic concentrations including silica, chloride, bicarbonate and trace minerals. The water source is regulated under Portuguese legislation requiring authorisation from the Directorate General for Energy and Geology and approval from the Directorate General of Health, confirming compliance with European Union definitions for natural mineral water.
