Carletti A/S is a family-owned Danish confectionery company with over 100 years of history. The group operates three production facilities: two in Denmark (Skoedstrup and Vejle) and one in Poland via subsidiary Carletti Polska. The company manufactures a broad range of products including dragées (chocolate lentils coated with rice starch in various colours), hard boiled candy, liquorice, filled chocolates with dark, milk and white chocolate bases, marshmallow, toffees, sandwich chocolate and chocolate tablets. The Skoedstrup facility is completely nut and soya-free. Products are marketed to consumers through retailers, primarily in Denmark and Northern Europe, and sold to the food industry worldwide for use in bakery, ice cream and dairy applications.

All production sites hold IFS (International Food Standard) and/or BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance) certification. The company uses Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa where applicable, and exclusively RSPO certified palm oil. Carletti has committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42 percent by 2030, with this target validated by SBTi (Science Based Target initiative). The group is wholly owned by the Danish Givesco Group and includes subsidiaries such as Makulaku Lakritsa (liquorice production in Finland) and Impuls Tukku (sales company in Finland).
