Chopin Imports Polmos Siedlce

Mazowieckie distillery producing premium potato, rye and wheat Chopin vodka.

Chopin describes itself as Poland's last family-owned vodka maker, producing vodka from its own distillery in the countryside of eastern Poland. Founded in 1993, the company pioneered the super-premium vodka category and positions its products as ingredient-forward spirits meant to be sipped and savored rather than consumed purely for alcohol content. The company's core offering consists of single-ingredient vodkas made from potato, rye, or wheat, each marketed as yielding distinct flavor profiles. Additional products include Chopin Family Reserve, aged for two years from a rare potato variety; Bartender's Choice, a higher-proof spirit formulated for cocktails; and limited-edition releases such as the Vintage Vault collection. The company is owned and operated by founder Tadeusz Dorda.
