Cremo operates five production sites across Switzerland (primarily in French-speaking regions) and employs over 660 staff. The company receives approximately 310 million kilos of milk annually, primarily from more than 90% producer-owned capital structure. Product range includes milk, butter, cream, yoghurt, traditional and specialty cheeses (fondue), milk powders, and dairy drinks under brands including Lattesso, Mazot, Valdor, Choky Power and Protein-up!. The company holds certifications and labels including IP-Suisse, Suisse Garantie, Halal, Kosher, Bio-Suisse, AOP, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and Vegan labelling. Cremo also operates Petit Crémier, a distribution subsidiary with four branches in French-speaking Switzerland specialising in fresh dairy products and cheeses. The group has been in operation since 1907.
