The food ingredients division produces spray-dried dairy powders including full cream, skimmed, and fat-filled milk powders; demineralised whey powders at 70% and 90% concentration; rennet casein; and cheddar cheese. The cooperative also manufactures specialist cheese solutions including liquid cheese, soft cheese, and pizza melt, along with branded specialty cheeses such as Regato, Regorrio, Maasdam, Irish Swiss, and Ballycashel, plus bulk butter. Dairygold sources milk from grass-fed dairy herds in the Golden Vale region of Munster. The company holds Origin Green certification and maintains traceability systems across its operations.
