Bozita has manufactured dog and cat food since 1903. The company produces 100% of its pet food at its facility in Vårgårda, Sweden, sourcing ingredients from Swedish farms as far as possible. The product range includes dry kibble (produced through extrusion and other methods) and wet formats in cans, trays and Tetra multi-serve packaging. All recipes are developed by the company's team of pet nutritionists. The factory holds ISO 22000 and IFS Food Standards certifications. Bozita emphasises the use of animal ingredients only from animals approved for human consumption, and operates production powered entirely by renewable electricity with waste conversion to biogas. The company markets its products across multiple European markets including Sweden, Germany, Finland and Poland.
