Echlinville is a single estate distillery that grows barley on its family farm and produces spirits through trickle pot distillation. The distillery is the home of several brands including Dunville's Irish Whiskey, which won Whiskey Of The Year at the Irish Whiskey Awards in 2025, 2024 and 2022, and also produces Echlinville Gin, Weavers Gin, Jawbox, Matt Darcy Irish Whiskey, Old Comber, Bán Poitín and Feckin brands. The distillery offers visitor experiences including tours and tastings, as well as a shop selling spirits and merchandise. The company describes itself as Ireland's first farm distillery.
