The English Distillery was established in 2006 as the first operational registered whisky distillery in England in over 100 years. Based in Roudham, Norfolk, it is a family-owned business with no external investors. The distillery produces single malt whisky in various expressions including core range, small batch, age statement, single cask, and grain whisky, alongside liqueurs and creams under The Norfolk Collection brand. All cask maturation and bottling is performed on site. The distillery offers multiple whisky product lines ranging from entry-level releases to limited Founders' Private Cellar expressions, with bottles available in glass formats. The company operates a visitor facility with guided distillery tours, a restaurant called The Grain Kitchen, and hosts events and meetings at the site.
