The company offers bottling runs from 1,000 to 100,000 bottles per batch, with capacity to produce up to 1,200 units of 750ml or 700ml bottles per hour. Equipment accommodates various bottle sizes, shapes and packaging requirements, including wrap-around label application and ROPP closures. The facility includes a high-tech blending plant with tank capacities of 50,000 litres, precision control systems and an on-site laboratory for product testing at each stage. An on-site cooper undertakes cask repair and quality assessment.
The company provides bonded, purpose-built alcohol warehouses for cask storage with state-of-the-art security including surveillance systems and fire protection with ATEX ratings. Cask maturation services encompass spirit sourcing, cask sourcing, storage, monitoring, sampling, re-racking and custom labelling. The facility is insured by Allianz plc.
