Hillfarm Oils is operated by the Fairs family, who have farmed in Suffolk since 1967 and began producing cold-pressed rapeseed oil in 2004, being the first farm in the UK to grow, press and bottle their own oil. The company manufactures extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil under the pure oil line, sold in bottles and refill pouches. It also produces a range of infused oil variants, including black truffle, white garlic, smoked chilli, and oak and applewood infusions branded as drizzle oils. The oils are positioned as 100% pure, non-blended products with no additives, vegan-friendly, and certified as gluten-free and dairy-free. The company's rapeseed oil carries a smoke point of 220°C and contains omega 3, 6 and 9.
