Java Republic is a Dublin-based coffee roaster operating from Ballycoolin in northwest Dublin. The company hand-roasts 100% Arabica beans at its facility, which features floor-to-ceiling glass walls allowing visibility into the roasting process. The company serves over 1,200 business clients across Ireland including offices, hotels, cafés, restaurants and corporate catering services.

Beyond roasted coffee, Java Republic supplies coffee machines including automatic bean-to-cup machines and barista machines, as well as 100% organic tea products packaged in biodegradable envelopes with 2–3 grams of real-leaf tea per pillow. The company also operates two flagship cafés: one at its Roastery in Ballycoolin and another on Molesworth Street in Dublin city centre.

Java Republic provides nationwide support across the island of Ireland 24/7, 364 days per year, servicing installed equipment. The company also offers barista training through SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) accreditation and organizes coffee origin trips for clients.
