Kisteleki M+M Sajtgyártó Kft. is a 100% Hungarian-owned family business founded in 1994 following the privatization of a dairy facility with over 45 years of cheesemaking heritage. The company operates two main facilities: the original cheese factory in Kistelek and a newer breaded products facility in Szentes that became operational in April 2021. The company employs approximately 70 people and specializes in dairy processing using exclusively cow's milk and sheep's milk sourced from Hungary.

The Kistelek cheese facility produces three main product types: cream cheese, processed cheese, and sheep's yogurt (juhtúró). The company is recognized as Hungary's largest processor of sheep's milk. The newer Szentes facility represents an €8 million greenfield investment featuring modern equipment for producing breaded, pre-cooked, and fully cooked chicken and cheese products with an annual capacity of 4500 tonnes. The Szentes facility achieved IFS Level 7 certification in 2022 and renewed this elevated standard certification in 2023.

The company maintains a commitment to continuous development and quality assurance. They also operate a recognized dairy cattle breeding program, acquiring certification in 2023 as a qualified breeding stock producer for pedigree Holstein-Friesian cattle. Distribution channels include major retail chains and smaller commercial outlets throughout Hungary, with domestic sales comprising the majority of their revenue.
