Lapin Liha Oy has been operating for 30 years and is based in Rovaniemi with production and sales on Ahjotie 9. The company also maintains a sales office in Vantaa. Its primary raw materials are reindeer, fallow deer, and game birds, sourced from wild or semi-wild farming in northern Finland. The product range includes fresh cuts (fillets, roasts, stir-fries), smoked products, sausages, mince, canned goods, ready meals, and snacks.
