The company produces a wide range of cheese varieties including Bulgarian white cheese (cow, sheep, goat, and buffalo varieties), kashkaval yellow cheese (cow and sheep), grill cheese, and a selection of Middle Eastern cheeses such as labneh, akkawi, nabulsi, and Turkish varieties including kaymak and cokelek. The facility processes up to 165 tons of milk per day using traditional recipes and the latest production techniques.
M.J. Dairies supplies customers worldwide and has participated regularly in major international food exhibitions including Anuga and Fancy Food New York. The company has implemented green technology for wastewater treatment and secondary processing of biological products from wastewater.
