MILSY a.s., operating in Banovce nad Bebravou, Slovakia, was founded in 1954 as a state-owned dairy. After transformation to a private joint-stock company in 1992, the business was acquired by an Austrian family-owned holding in 2013. The company operates with EU export authorization and serves both retail and foodservice segments through its own company stores and distribution networks. Production includes fresh dairy products, smoked and unsmoked cheeses, cream cheese spreads, children's products under the Pac a Bác brand, and grilling specialities. Recent modernizations in 2015 and 2016 upgraded yoghurt and cheese production lines, including automation of cheese production. The facility holds IFS (International Food Standard) certification and the MILSY brand has been recognized as a Slovak Superbrand in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
