Pivovar Nymburk Postřižiny is a Czech brewery established in 1895 by royal decree of the district court in Mladá Boleslav, with the first batch brewed on 19 March 1898. The brewery operates as a limited company and produces an array of beer styles under the Postřižinské brand, including light draft beers, 11-degree light lagers, premium lagers, and dark lagers. The product range comprises eight light beer varieties, one semi-dark special, one dark lager, one dark lager with chocolate flavoring, and light and dark non-alcoholic beers. The brewery also produces a grapefruit-flavored non-alcoholic beverage in collaboration with KOLI Kolín, as well as Gold Bohemia Beer under contract. The company exports its beers to 15 European countries and offers guided brewery tours to visitors. The brewery is located at Pražská 581/22, Nymburk.
