Sipsmith was founded in 2007 by three friends—Sam, Fairfax and Jared—to create gin of uncompromising quality and character. The distillery operates from its Chiswick location at 83 Cranbrook Road. Its core product is Sipsmith London Dry Gin, with a range including Lemon Drizzle Gin, Very Berry Gin, Zesty Orange Gin, and Sloe Gin. The company operates its own stills at the distillery and is certified as a B Corporation, demonstrating commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Sipsmith offers distillery tours to the public and operates a direct-to-consumer online gin shop. The company is owned by Suntory, a major spirits company, and maintains its production operations at the London facility.
