Souroti SA is a Greek bottled mineral water producer based in Thessaloniki that has operated since 1916. The company extracts water from the Souroti spring, a natural source officially recognized as mineral water in 1991 and classified as hypoacidic, containing naturally occurring carbonation and significant concentrations of calcium, magnesium, silica, and lithium. The water is available in plain and flavored varieties, including lemon-lime, pink grapefruit, mint-spearmint, mastic, and rose, packaged in glass bottles and aluminum cans. The company operates a modern bottling facility completed in 2002, certified to ISO 9001 and HACCP standards. Production capabilities include PET plastic bottling equipment installed in 2000 and aluminum can lines introduced in 1993. Souroti has received recognition including a Gold Star award from Arch of Europe in 1992 and a Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute in 2020. The company was acquired by the Dimera Group in 2016.
