The Fladgate Partnership is a holding company with businesses in Port wine production, tourism and distribution based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. The group originates from Taylor's Port, founded in 1692, and acquired Croft Port (founded 1588) in 2001 and Fonseca Port. The company specializes in producing special category Port wines sold across over 105 countries. In September 2023, it expanded into still and sparkling wines through the purchase of IdealDrinks, adding further expertise and heritage to its product portfolio. Beyond production, the group operates distribution companies in Portugal supplying products to hotels, restaurants, retailers and consumers. It has also developed significant tourism operations including hotels, wine tasting experiences, museums, restaurants and bars, most notably in the historic heart of Vila Nova de Gaia at World of Wine (WOW), a cultural quarter created from renovated Port wine warehouses.
