Torrefazione Gourmet

Torrefazione Gourmet was founded in 2002 in Imola, Bologna, and processes over 200,000 kilograms of green coffee annually, selecting high-altitude origins with hand-picked harvests. The company performs slow, gentle roasting, air-cools beans, and conducts careful blending. Production includes more than 20 varieties of coffee in formats including whole beans, ground, capsules for Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and Espresso Point, tea, and specialty items. The facility handles over 3,000 sacks of green coffee each year. Torrefazione Gourmet holds Fairtrade certification for organic coffee, organic agriculture certification for all production phases, and Specialty Coffee designation for premium lots with full traceability. The company exports to 18 countries in Europe, Asia and North America. Services include custom blending and private-label production.
