Aston Manor Cider, established in 1983 and family-owned, operates production and packaging sites in Tiverton and Birmingham, with a cider mill in Stourport-on-Severn. The company sources apples from 1,300 acres of owned orchards across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. All three production sites are BRC accredited to global standards. The company produces mainstream brands including Kingstone Press and Kings, as well as premium ciders such as Friels Vintage and Knights Malvern Gold, and is the UK's leading supplier of retailer exclusive and own-label cider brands.
For contract customers, Aston Manor offers flexible packaging in multiple formats. Glass bottling capabilities include 330ml to 1.5 litre bottles with various closure options. PET packaging is available in two production lines across different sites in 330ml, 500ml, 1, 2, or 3 litre bottles with screwcap closure. Can packaging handles 330ml, 440ml, and 500ml sizes with tunnel pasteurisation, with options for hi-cone or film multi-packs. The company also offers aluminium bottle packaging with crown closures from 330ml to 473ml. Flash pasteurised and sterile-filled product capabilities are specified for glass and PET formats. Annual turnover exceeds £120 million, and the company exports to North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Aston Manor works with customers to develop bespoke cider brands and offers private label solutions across all cider styles and packaging formats.
