Bolney Wine Estate was established in 1972 by Janet and Rodney Pratt on 18 acres in Bolney, West Sussex. The estate produces award-winning still wines including Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, and sparkling wines made by traditional methods such as Bolney Bubbly and Blanc de Blancs. The operation also produces Bolney Estate Gin and Bolney Estate Sloe Gin, as well as fortified wines including Bolney Rosso Vermouth. The estate offers Bolney Sussex Negroni as a ready-to-drink cocktail blending the estate's gin, vermouth, and amaro.
