Caffè L 'Antico S.r.l.
Italian coffee roaster since 1909 specializing in slow-roasted premium coffee blends, sourced directly from origin with IFS FOOD certification.
Caffè l'Antico is a fourth-generation family-run coffee roastery based in Modena, Italy, with a production facility that combines traditional coffee roasting expertise with modern Industry 4.0 technologies. The company has been operating since 1909 and sources the finest quality green coffee beans directly from countries of origin, cleaning and inspecting them meticulously before roasting.
The roasting process employs slow roasting at 18 minutes, air cooling, and fume recycling to ensure consistent, fresh, and aromatic products. Blends are carefully mixed before roasting to create harmonious flavor profiles. The entire production chain from raw beans to finished packaging is electronically controlled and monitored.
Caffè l'Antico holds IFS FOOD certification at the Higher Level and was the first roastery in Modena to achieve Industry 4.0 recognition. The company offers multiple coffee lines including L'Antico, Gran Riserva 1490, Montecuccoli, Caffè degli Dei, and San Paulo, serving wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and direct consumers. Their production facility is located in a central commercial area near Modena's city center.
