The company was acquired by Manner in 1970 and moved to its current production facility in Wolkersdorf, Lower Austria in 1999. Casali manufactures foamed chocolate products including banana-shaped pralines (Schoko-Bananen) and rum-coconut confectionery (Rum-Kokos) in various sizes and formats, sold both in retail packages and bulk containers. The company also produces wafers and biscuits as part of its historical product range. Casali holds Fairtrade certification for its Schoko-Bananen range (all that can be designation since 2015) and achieved Fairtrade certification for its entire Rum-Kokos assortment as of 2023, reflecting its commitment to responsibly sourced ingredients. The brand is part of the Manner group alongside other Austrian confectionery labels Dragee Keksi, Ildefonso, and Victor Schmidt.
