The company produces gin, liqueurs, bitter and amari through contract manufacturing for bars, restaurants and companies, with a minimum production run of 120 bottles. It also produces Sorbole, its proprietary lemon bitter with 17% alcohol content.
The company employs distillation and extraction techniques using premium raw materials, purified water and stainless steel or glass equipment exclusively. Its production process includes an initial consultation to understand client requirements, research and development of samples, recipe approval, and full production with optional custom bottling and label design.
