The company operates a modern durum wheat mill producing durum semolina for its own pasta lines, supplemented by soft wheat flour milling. It sources 100% local grain purchased directly from farmers within a 80 km radius of the plant, with 70–80% through contracted farming arrangements with local farms. Advanced pasta production lines deliver over 150 tonnes per 24 hours capacity in various shapes, using green energy. The flakes production plant manufactures rolled and cut cereal products of varying thickness to customer specifications, with organic cereal options available. The company produces flour, semolina, dry pasta in multiple shapes, breakfast cereal flakes and other cereal products for industrial and retail buyers.
