The cheese dairy has a production capacity of 5,500 tonnes per year. The company produces multiple product lines including conventional feta PDO, organic feta PDO, feta PDO with reduced salt, goat cheese, and sheep cheese variants. The company holds certifications for organic production (2011), VLOG vegetarian certification (2017), Kosher production (2018), and Halal production (2019). Products are exported to more than 95 countries including Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Spain, Romania, Italy, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand.
