MTW is one of Germany's largest skim milk powder manufacturers, based in Neumünster. The company operates one of Europe's largest spray-drying towers, producing approximately 60,000 tonnes of skim milk powder annually. Milk is sourced directly from regional producers in Schleswig-Holstein, the region where the four co-owning dairies operate, supporting short transport routes and resource-efficient production. Distribution is handled by Uelzena eG's ingredients division. The facility holds FSSC 22000 and ISO 50001:2018 certifications, and produces halal and kosher certified skim milk powder.
