Nawarra Süßwaren GmbH is a family-owned confectionery and bakery manufacturer based in Havixbeck, Germany, with additional production facilities in Mylau. Founded in 1992 when Klaus-Jürgen Nawarra acquired the Vogtländische Waffelfabrik, the company has grown significantly over more than 25 years in the market. The company specializes in manufacturing foam sugar products (Schaumzuckerwaren), marshmallow confectionery (Schaumküsse), and cream waffels, alongside a range of snacks, pastries, and lasting bakery goods.

The company operates modern production facilities with approximately 150 employees at peak capacity. In 2005, Nawarra expanded with a new 8,000 m² manufacturing and office facility in Mylau, and in 2006 invested in a dedicated production line for marshmallow products. The company maintains IFS (International Featured Standards) certification, ensuring high quality standards and comprehensive quality assurance across all operations.

Beyond manufacturing, Nawarra has become Germany's largest importer of Italian confectionery and bakery products. The distribution and administration center in Havixbeck employs 25 staff dedicated to bringing these products to market. The company serves the complete spectrum of German food retail, from discount chains to traditional specialty retailers.

As a contract manufacturer and branded producer, Nawarra continues to invest in modernization and expansion while maintaining family business principles of reliability and quality.
