The company specializes in cold-slabbed, low-pressure extrusion production processes designed to preserve nutrients, using fully automated production lines and climate control systems. Newon Food holds IFS Food Global certification, FDA registration, and Kosher certification. All products are manufactured gluten-free.

Product lines include formulations with 30% protein content, caramel layers, and variants designed for specific dietary needs such as gut-friendly bars using erythritol and clean-label date-based bars.
