Pivnica Radosina

Family Radošina winery.

Pivnica Radošina is a winery located in Radošina, Slovakia, operating a 33-hectare vineyard with a south-facing orientation and limestone-dolomitic soils well-suited to Burgundian grape varieties. The facility produces white, rosé, and red wines from traditional grape varieties including Rulandské šedé, Rulandské biele, Tramín červený, Zweigeltrebe, Alibernet, and Svätovavrinecké, as well as newer Slovak-bred cultivars. The winery practices integrated production, minimising synthetic pesticides and chemical growth stimulators while employing modern enological techniques. Vinification uses temperature-controlled steel tanks for fermentation and wooden barrels, both barriques and large oak casks, for ageing red wines. The winery has recently expanded production to include sparkling wines made by traditional méthode champenoise. Grapes are processed using gentle pneumatic pressing, and the winery selects its own autochthonous yeasts from the vineyard. The facility also sells wines directly through an online shop and welcomes tastings and events for private celebrations.
