The company operates a working winery with vineyards including Chardonnay blocks and a South Lodge vineyard, offering a range of sparkling wines including non-vintage expressions (Bloomsbury, Cavendish, Fitzrovia Rosé) and vintage or reserve releases (Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé de Noirs). The estate operates a Wine Bar & Shop overlooking the vines, conducts vineyard tours and tastings, and operates The Rows & Vine restaurant on the property. Ridgeview is a founding member of Sustainable Wines of Great Britain.
