SM Mlekpol (Spółdzielnia Mleczarska Mlekpol) in Grajewo is one of Europe's largest milk and dairy product manufacturers. The cooperative operates 14 processing plants in Poland and collectively processes over 2 billion litres of raw milk annually. The company produces pasteurised and UHT milk, cream, fermented beverages, butter, cottage cheese, flavoured cheese spreads, and hard cheeses under brand names including Łaciate, Milko, Mazurski Smak, and Rolmlecz. In 2020, Mlekpol opened a dedicated plant for powdered dairy products in Mrągów, enabling production of milk powders and specialised powder ingredients.
The company exports approximately 30 percent of production to over 100 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Mlekpol operates a network of nearly 8,000 member milk producers. Founded over 40 years ago, the company manages its cooperative through modern production processes aligned with traditional food manufacture. The cooperative operates plants in Grajewo, Zambrów, Mrągów, Kolno, Sejny, Bydgoszcz, Sokółka, Dąbrowa Białostocka, Radom, Suwałki, and Łódź. In 2021, Mlekpol received Poland's Presidential Economic Award in the "National Success" category.
