Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn is a distillery located on Hven island in Sweden's Öresund region. The facility produces spirits including single-malt whisky (Tycho's Star), blended whisky (Old Hare), corn whisky (MerCurious), rye whisky (Hvenus), gin (Organic Distilled Gin) and vodka (Majas Hallonvodka). The distillery emphasises use of local Scanian raw materials in production where possible. The site operates three distinct business divisions: a distillery with tasting experiences and guided tours, a laboratory, and a consultancy service. In addition to spirit production, the operation includes a hotel with 42 square metre rooms, a restaurant serving local ingredients, and conference facilities. The company operates a web shop for product sales and offers spirit tasting packages combined with accommodation and dining.
