The Bar Factory is a Dutch contract manufacturer specialising in functional food bars. The company undertakes the complete development and production cycle for private label bars, from concept development and market research through R&D, production, and packaging. In its laboratory, the R&D team tests ingredients and optimises structure, shelf-life and taste. All bars are developed, produced and packaged in-house at the company's facility in Duiven, using modern production lines with manual quality controls, enabling production in diverse consumer packaging formats. The company handles product development, label design, and food safety planning for its customers.

The Bar Factory holds BRC Global Standard for Food Safety certification, an annually audited programme that establishes standards for food safety, quality and operational criteria. The company's quality management system (QMS) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) programme are based on this certification standard. The company emphasises flexibility, speed and innovation, working with low minimum order quantities and offering both custom-made and standardised product options.
