Two Farmers

Hereford compostable-bag crisp producer.

Two Farmers is based at Little Pengethley Farm, Peterstow, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. The company grows potatoes on its farm and hand-cooks them in small batches, using locally sourced flavourings including Hereford Hop cheese (made by Charles Martell & Son using vegetarian rennet), cider vinegar made from Herefordshire apples, Hereford beef, and Tudges rare-breed pork. Current flavours are Lightly Salted, Salt & Cider Vinegar, Hereford Hop Cheese & Onion, Hereford Bullshot, Herefordshire Sausage & Mustard, Woodland Mushroom & Wild Garlic, and Herefordshire Sauce. Products are available in 40g and 150g packets, 100g gift tins, and 500g sharing tins. The company states that all crisps are gluten free and contain no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives; several flavours are vegan and vegetarian suitable. Two Farmers uses renewable energy on its farm for cooking, packing and other operations. All crisps are packaged in 100% compostable, plastic-free packaging.
