The facility in Trikala produces a comprehensive range of dairy and cheese products including hard cheeses, semi-hard cheeses, white cheeses, grilling cheeses, cream cheeses, cottage cheese, milk (pasteurized and long-life), yoghurt in multiple fat levels, cream in various concentrations, and butter. The company holds certifications for ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 22000:2018 food safety, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, IFS and BRC food safety standards, and Kosher and Halal certifications. All products comply with Greek food code regulations and applicable EU legislation, with a certified self-testing laboratory accredited by the Ministry of Agriculture. Tyras has implemented biogas and wastewater management systems for environmental stewardship and operates systematic waste collection, sorting and recycling programs.
