Viñaoliva is a cooperative of the second degree based in Almendralejo, Badajoz, that aggregates 25 first-degree member cooperatives encompassing 15 wine cellars, 10 olive oil mills, and 9 table olive processing facilities. The group operates a concentrated must plant and a wine by-products management facility—the only ones in Extremadura—along with laboratories and bottling lines for both wine and olive oil. The cooperative manages bulk products from its member cooperatives and offers these to national and international customers through a centralized offering, allowing clients to access wines and extra virgin olive oils from all member cooperatives without traveling to individual producers. Viñaoliva identifies as the largest wine producer in Extremadura. The cooperative employs a commercial team with market specialists and an enology team to tailor products to customer requirements across both domestic and export markets.
