Weingut Tement is a family-run winery located in Ehrenhausen in the Südsteiermark (South Styria) region of Austria. The winery produces white wines primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, along with selections of Welschriesling, Morillon (Chardonnay), Weissburgunder, Gewürztraminer, Gelber Muskateller, and smaller quantities of red wines including Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch. The portfolio includes single-vineyard designated wines (Ried wines), regional category wines (Südsteiermark DAC), and a house brand called Kalk & Kreide. Wines are supplied to retail customers in Austria and Germany through direct sales and an online shop, with options for direct cellar visits. The winery has been certified organic since 2022 with Demeter certification and is a member of the Respekt group, managing vineyards under biodynamic principles. Production includes glass bottle filling for wines aged in various formats, including extended barrel aging programs such as their XT series. The winery also operates Winzarei, a gastronomy venue, and has a sister property, Domaine Ciringa, in Slovenia producing wines from similar terroir.
