The product range includes Yorkshire Wensleydale, Wensleydale Blue, Yorkshire Wensleydale & Cranberries, Kit Calvert Old-Style Wensleydale, Naturally Oak Smoked Cheese, Fountains Gold, and blended varieties. The company operates a visitor centre at its Gayle Lane facility featuring a cheese experience with daily demonstrations, a gift shop, and dining facilities including Calvert's restaurant and the 1897 Coffee Shop. The creamery traces its heritage to 1150, with the current commercial operation beginning in 1897.
