Balbiino is an Estonian ice cream and frozen food producer based in Tallinn, operating since the 1930s under the legacy of founder Onu Eskimo. The company produces approximately 30 million ice cream units annually across multiple brands including Vanilla Ninja, Onu Eskimo, and Balbiino Classic, alongside over 300 different frozen products for the HoReCa sector. Production includes ice cream in stick, cone, cup and 5-liter formats, and frozen vegetables, berries, fruit smoothie mixes, baked goods, seafood, and french fries marketed under the Härmavilja brand.

The company holds BRC (British Retail Consortium) food safety and quality management certification and is a member of the Estonian Food Association. Balbiino operates a dedicated HoReCa service line supplying restaurants, cafés, hotels, childcare facilities and health institutions throughout Estonia. The facility functions as both a working factory and a museum dedicated to Estonian ice cream heritage, offering educational programs and guided tours.

Sustainability initiatives include reformulating Onu Eskimo packaging from 100% virgin to 50% recycled materials and supporting local Estonian dairy producers. The company has received recognition including Best New Launches 2025 for its cream ice cream products, and was recognized as Cultural Friend 2025 for sponsorship of Estonia's song and dance celebrations.
