CTNC (Centro Tecnológico Nacional de la Conserva y la Alimentación) is based in Molina de Segura, Murcia, Spain. The centre offers technical services including shelf-life studies, packaging assessment, analytical control, food safety, prototype scaling, new preservation technologies, process and product improvement, and energy and environmental services. It also provides R&D support and technology surveillance and transfer services. The center runs training and events including courses on food safety standards (BPCS, PCQI, IFS Food), participates in national and European research projects, and maintains research lines in water management and valorization, circular economy, healthy product development, food safety, and technological innovation. CTNC publishes research through its own journal CTC Alimentación and annual reports.
