Mitmar Sp. z o.o., established in 1995, is a meat processing and logistics company based in Głowno, Poland, and part of the Pamapol capital group. The company processes pork (including disassembly of pork cuts and heads), beef and poultry, producing meat and meat products (MOM). Annual processing capacity includes 6,000 tonnes for general processing, 8,000 tonnes for pork disassembly, and 14,000 tonnes for trimming. The company maintains 10,000 pallet positions of frozen storage annually and handles approximately 70,000 tonnes of goods sold per year, with quality control on over 6,000 tonnes annually.
Mitmar holds HACCP, IFS and BRC certifications for food safety and quality management. The company exports primarily to EU markets, Eastern Europe, Baltic countries, the Balkans, and also to Asia and West Africa. In addition to meat trading and processing, Mitmar offers warehouse storage services and recently launched a petfood division. The company operates with documented GHP and GMP compliance.
