Today, Mytilos operates production facilities spanning 3,000 square meters, supporting a daily capacity of 71,000 ready meal portions and 300 kilograms of premium crab meat. The company has evolved from seafood export specialist to a comprehensive fine food solutions provider, offering fresh and processed seafood, ready-to-eat meals, and premium delicacies including caviar, oysters, lobsters, and mussels.
Quality and food safety are core pillars of Mytilos' operations. The company maintains ISO 22000:2018, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety issue 9, and IFS version 8 certifications. Products feature clean-label recipes with natural ingredients inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with no artificial additives.
Sustainability is integrated throughout operations, with 30% of energy from solar power targeting 60%, 87% waste recycled in 2024, and ASC-certified seafood sourcing. The company employs High Pressure Processing (HPP) for product safety with lower environmental impact and operates in ISO 8 certified clean room environments.
