Pagysa Pamuk Gida YERLİ Ürün. TİC. Ve San. A.Ş

The oldest dried fruit exporter still in activity in Turkey, specializing in processing and exporting sultanas, raisins, dried apricots, figs, and dates with 200+ years of heritage.

PAGYSA traces its founding back to the early 1700s when Gabriel Pagy was empowered by the Chamber of Commerce of Marseilles to establish trade between the French and Ottoman Empires in Smyrna. The first written evidence of the company dates to 1821 under the Gabriel Pagy & Fils name, making it one of Turkey's oldest dried fruit exporters still operating today. The company's dedication to producing and exporting dried fruits of the highest quality has remained unchanged for over 200 years.

The company specializes in the harvest, processing, and export of multiple dried fruit products including sultanas, raisins, dried apricots, dried figs, and dates. In the 2010s, Guillaume Pagy took over the business and invested in modernizing processing and storage facilities, establishing dedicated specialized sites for each Turkish dried fruit type. This made Pagysa the only packer to operate in such a specialized manner.

Pagysa maintains its position as a leading dried fruit exporter, regularly ranking among Turkey's TOP 500 exporters. The company operates from Konak, İzmir, Turkey, and remains committed to upholding the legacy of integrity and reliability established by its founder.
