The company's flagship facility in Gaziantep is recognized as Turkey's Chocolate Factory and is equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, ranking among the world's most advanced confectionery production facilities. Shölen operates as a co-manufacturer and contract producer, producing under its own brands (Biscolata, Ozmo, Luppo, Boombastic, Nutymax, Papita, and others) while also providing manufacturing services.
