Confiture L'Ardennaise, founded in 1954 in Xhoris in the Belgian Ardennes, is a family-owned company specializing in the production of traditional and organic jams and compotes. The company has over 60 years of experience improving the quality of its fruit preserve production. Its manufacturing process is notable for a patented European technique developed in partnership with the University of Copenhagen, which cooks fruits at low temperature (no more than 65°C) and recovers evaporated aromas to reinsert them into the final product, resulting in rich, flavorful preserves with intense taste and texture.
The company holds European organic certification (EU-BIO-01 by Certisys) and is IFS certified at high level, ensuring rigorous hygiene, quality, and energy efficiency standards. All raw materials and finished products undergo strict testing and analysis by their quality service. Confiture L'Ardennaise works with carefully selected suppliers, many of whom they have collaborated with for over 20 years.
